Job summary

Flow Recruitment Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a client operating bespoke nurseries that promote exciting, engaging spaces for children to grow and learn. The Nursery Room Leader will manage the day-to-day running of an allocated room within the nursery, ensuring a happy, safe and stimulating environment.

You must be NVQ Level 3 qualified or equivalent, with a sound understanding of child development and the ability to provide a range of stimulating learning experiences.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent required.
• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Ability to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Day to day running of an allocated nursery room.
• Ensure children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment.
