Flow Recruitment Ltd. has a client seeking a Nursery Room Leader to oversee daily operations in an allocated nursery room. The role requires NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and entails training and developing staff to ensure a happy, safe and stimulating environment for children.

The successful candidate will have a sound understanding of child development and provide a range of learning experiences designed to support all-round development. Enhanced DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• Qualified nursery room leader with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Experience in training and developing staff by imparting knowledge and skills.
• Enhanced DBS check required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of an allocated area or room within the nursery.
