Job summary

Kido is seeking a Nursery Room Leader at our Clerkenwell location. You will lead daily activities, model high-quality teaching, and manage staff performance while safeguarding children.

The role requires Level 3 childcare qualification and management experience in Early Years; English and maths levels at Level 2 are needed if the Level 3 qualification was earned after 2014. • Lead an ambitious curriculum for your room ensuring outstanding education delivery.
• Ensure the key person approach is well embedded with each child having a key person and buddy key person.

What we’re looking for

Kido are looking for a Nursery Room Leader to join the team at Kido International Nursery & Preschool Clerkenwell, Clements Hall, 141 Central Street, Clerkenwell, London EC1V 8AP

This is your opportunity to join an amazing growing nursery group who champion career growth like no other!

For the Room Leader role, it is essential that you hold a relevant childcare qualification, Level 3 minimum and have experience working within management in Early Years. Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English including functional skills are also a must if you obtained a Level 3 qualification after 2014.
