Salary: Up to £32,400 per year
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week – All year round

Are you an experienced Early Years Practitioner ready to step into a leadership role? We’re recruiting a Nursery Room Leader (Level 3 or above) to lead the pre-school room at a welcoming and inclusive nursery that prioritises creativity, play, and development.

Located within a beautifully restored Grade II listed building, this nursery offers bright, spacious learning environments that inspire both children and educators alike.

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting, ideally with team leadership or room leader duties
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience of the EYFS framework
  • A passion for early years education and child development
  • Excellent communication skills and a warm, approachable nature
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff, children, and families
