Are you an enthusiastic and passionate Nursery Practitioner looking for a rewarding role in a lovely private day nursery in Solihull

We’re on the lookout for energetic and caring individuals to help nurture and inspire the next generation. Experience of working within a private day nursery is essential and you must be qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in early years/childcare or hold an equvilent qualification.

• Flexible Shifts: Pick the hours that work for you! Whether you prefer mornings, afternoons, or something in between, we’ve got you covered.
• Competitive Pay: Earn £12.00 to £14.00 per hour for your hard work and dedication.
• Learning Through Play: We believe in a hands-on approach to learning, with a dedicated outdoor area for free-flow play.
• Home-from-Home Environment: A nurturing and caring space where every child is treated as an individual and their unique learning needs are met.
• No Qualifications? No Problem! We don’t require Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications, but we do need you to have experience working with children or young people (and references to prove it!).
• Knowledge of EYFS & Safeguarding: You should be confident in working to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and understand child protection and safeguarding procedures.
• Initiative: We want someone who can work independently but also as part of a fantastic team.
• DBS Required: Successful applicants must have, or apply for, an enhanced DBS and provide at least 2 references.
