Treehouse Nursery School seeks an experienced Room Manager to lead a team of 3–4 educators, delivering high-quality care and early education in line with the EYFS framework. The role focuses on creating a nurturing, inclusive environment and embedding the rights-respecting approach across daily practice.

You will model leadership, support professional growth, and uphold the Treehouse HEART Behaviour Framework, while enhancing children’s holistic development and wellbeing in a dynamic Wanstead

About the Role

As the Room Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 3–4 educators and ensuring the highest standards of care and education are consistently delivered. You will play a key role in shaping children's early experiences and creating a nurturing and purposeful learning environment.

As part of our Outstanding nursery, you will:

• Lead your team in planning and delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate activities linked to the EYFS and our sequenced curriculum, supporting each child’s holistic development.
• Embed the rights-respecting approach in everyday practice, promoting kindness, empathy and respect among children and staff.
• Create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment in collaboration with your team.
• Take an active role in professional development and support a culture of continuous improvement across the setting.
• You will be expected to model and uphold the Treehouse HEART Core Behaviour Framework at all times, and your ability to demonstrate this will form a key part of the interview process.
