Qualifications

• Proven experience in a childcare or nursery setting, ideally in a Room Leader or senior role.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures.

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of your room, ensuring a safe, caring, and stimulating environment.
• Mentor and support staff within your team, promoting high standards of practice in line with EYFS guidelines.
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities tailored to individual children's needs.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress to support ongoing development.
