We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Nursery Room Leader to join this friendly and welcoming nursery in Reading!

As a Nursery Room Leader, you will be working full‑time, and we offer a competitive salary of up to £30k per annum. This is a permanent position to start ASAP. Working closely with like‑minded staff, as a Room Leader you will ensure that you and your team meet the unique needs of each individual child, working together to plan engaging and stimulating lessons and activities, following the EYFS curriculum. This nursery also has an amazing outdoor space for further learning, with nature, the outdoors and sustainability being integral.

It is essential for the Nursery Room Leader to hold a minimum Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification and have experience working in a nursery.
