About LEYF

We’re the London Early Years Foundation; a family of 43 nurseries in London. With our unique charitable social enterprise model, we’re leading change in Early Years, ensuring equal education and care for all children to give them the best start in life. 75% of our nurseries are in deprived areas of London, meaning you have the chance to make the biggest impact by working with us. Any profits we make get reinvested back into the business, giving more to you and to the children.

So why take the leap and join LEYF?

We know how much love, energy and heart you already bring to your role in Early Years, and making a move is no small decision. We also know working in a nursery can be challenging and you’ve likely experienced some in your career so far. What you can be sure of by joining us is that we’ll put you first (alongside the children). We give you the space to bring your creativity — we have our social pedagogy to guide you, but you’ll lead this in your room. We want you to bring your uniqueness, ideas and personality into your role with us to create brilliant, fun learning experiences for the children.

At LEYF, we trust our Room Managers to shape their space in a way that reflects their team, their children, and the local community. You’ll inspire the team, recognise their potential and show up with kindness, energy and confidence so that everyone thrives. That’s exactly why we invest in you.
