Job summary

Partou Chiltern Avenue Day Nursery & Pre-school in Amersham is seeking a Nursery Room Leader to oversee a room, lead a dedicated team, and ensure children engage in stimulating activities aligned with EYFS learning and development.

This full-time, permanent role offers a salary of £31,532.80 plus a £1,000 welcome bonus, 40 hours per week, and benefits including enhanced annual leave, parental leave, 60% childcare discount, health support, and access to Partou Academy training.

About the Role

Partou Chiltern AvenueDay Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a minimumLevel 3 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner totake on the full-time 40 hours per week role ofNursery Room Leader, overseeing the daily running of a room and ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You willlead and inspire your team, maintain asafe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
