Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking a Nursery Practitioner to join welcoming nurseries across Bournemouth and Dorset from September. You will help create a safe, playful environment where children learn and grow, supporting daily routines and age-appropriate activities.

We welcome both experienced practitioners and those starting out in Early Years. September start, part-time or full-time, with flexible opportunities across settings and competitive pay.

Qualifications

  • Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualifications desirable.
  • Relevant childcare experience will be considered.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll help create a fun, safe and stimulating environment where children feel happy, confident and supported.

  • Supporting children through their daily routines and activities
  • Planning and delivering fun, age-appropriate activities
  • Supporting children’s learning and development
  • Helping children develop their confidence, independence and social skills
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents and staff
  • Supporting observations and children’s development
  • Creating a warm, welcoming and inclusive environment

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualifications are desirable, although relevant childcare experience will also be considered.
