Nursery Practitioner – Level 2: Up to £28,500 or Level 3: £30,000

40 hours per week, across 4 or 5 days

Our client is looking for a Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated team at a welcoming, child-focused nursery where care, curiosity, and creativity are at the heart of everything they do. Set in a warm and homely space, this nursery offers a safe and stimulating setting where children are encouraged to explore, play, and thrive. The team is passionate about delivering high-quality early years education following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and supporting each child’s learning journey at their own pace.

What We’re Looking For
  • Level 2 or above qualification in Early Years or equivalent – essential
  • Previous experience working in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development
  • A positive, proactive approach with a genuine passion for early childhood education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team
