Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children, supporting their early development and learning. Responsibilities
  • Planning and delivering engaging activities that support children's developmental needs in line with early childhood education standards
  • Supervising children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being
  • Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication
  • Organising daily routines, including mealtimes, playtimes, and rest periods
  • Monitoring and recording children's progress and behaviour, providing feedback to parents and senior staff
  • Assisting with the organisation of nursery resources and maintaining a clean, safe environment
