Job description
Job Description

More2Riverside has a fantastic full-time nursery practitioner job in Greenwich (SE10 OFZ) at our nursery near the river. This is for an enthusiastic and versatile Level 2 or 3 early years qualified nursery practitioner in our group rooms.

We are a little different to an average nursery – we work closely with the community and also run a monthly parents group. Our curriculum focuses on sports, languages and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Maths). Parents join our membership scheme and we are finalists in the upcoming Nursery World Awards for working with parents and another award for the work we have done with the local community.

Our building overlooks the River Thames with views of Canary Wharf – perfect for lunchtime walks and alfresco lunches by the bustling cafes. Or if you want to wander to Greenwich Park or historic Greenwich it’s all within walking distance.

The nursery is based in a new and modern building with air conditioning. The three rooms are bright and spacious with brand new equipment. The children have the largest playground of all the nurseries in the local area.

We have an open culture where staff input is encouraged, where individuals are valued and we invest in you with good benefits and a learning and development plan. We reward loyalty, good attendance and performance. We have a star of the month reward plan, invite staff to social events each year paid for by the nursery and have a week at the nursery each summer dedicated to training (no children attend during this week). Depending on profits there is an annual Christmas bonus.
