Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a caring Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3) in Bristol to join a welcoming team. You will help children grow through play, support their development across social, emotional and communication skills, and create a safe, stimulating environment where every child can thrive.

You will lead engaging activities, read stories, and support individual learning journeys in line with EYFS, while building strong relationships with families and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Experience working in a nursery, preschool or early years setting.
• Understands the EYFS framework and child-centred learning.
• Energetic, caring and full of ideas.

Responsibilities

• Leading activities that promote learning through play.
• Supporting children's social, emotional and communication development.
• Creating a safe, stimulating environment for every child.
• Reading stories, building dens, exploring outdoors and encouraging imaginative play.
• Supporting individual learning journeys in line with EYFS.
• Building positive relationships with families and colleagues.
