You will ensure each child’s needs are met while following all safety and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate holds NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent, is passionate about early childhood, and works well in a team.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Nursery Practitioner with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Passionate about working with young children and supporting development.
• Caring, enthusiastic and committed to outstanding standards of care.
• Ability to create a positive, inclusive and stimulating environment for children.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality day care and create a safe, nurturing, stimulating environment for pre-school children.
• Support children's learning and development and ensure individual needs are met.
