Job summary

Teach Plus Limited in Hammersmith & Fulham is hiring a Nursery Practitioner (CACHE Level 3) to join the primary school team from January 2027. This full-time role supports children's learning, development and wellbeing within the EYFS framework, delivering playful, engaging activities and promoting communication, independence and social skills.

The successful candidate will hold a CACHE Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education, have strong EYFS knowledge, DBS with Update

Teach Plus are currently recruiting for a passionate and experienced Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hammersmith & Fulham, starting January 2027.This full-time Nursery Practitioner position is an excellent opportunity for a qualified CACHE Level 3 Early Years Practitioner who is enthusiastic about supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing.The successful Nursery Practitioner will work within the school's Nursery provision, helping to deliver engaging, play-based learning activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, while supporting children to develop their communication, independence and social skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework

• Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity and independence

• Observe, assess and monitor children's development, contributing to learning records and identifying areas requiring additional support

• Encourage children's communication, language, social and emotional development through structured activities and play-based learning

• Work collaboratively with the Nursery Teacher, Early Years staff and SENCO to support children with varying abilities and additional needs

• Build positive relationships with children, parents and carers while maintaining high standards of safeguarding, welfare and behaviour

Qualifications/Experience

• CACHE Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years Education or an equivalent recognised qualification (essential)

• Experience as a Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Practitioner or in a similar role

• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and child development

• Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service

• Right to work in the UK
