Job summary

Busy Bees in Norwich Airport, an Ofsted-rated Good nursery with 112 places, is seeking a SEN Nursery Practitioner. You will create a safe, stimulating environment and act as a Key Person to support children’s development and family partnerships.

Qualifications include Level 3 Childcare and experience with young children. A four-day or four-and-a-half-day week is available, with a competitive salary and staff benefits in a supportive team.

Role Responsibilities

What to Expect as a SEN Nursery Practitioner:

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Key Person Role: Oversee children's development, care needs, and build strong family connections.

Required Qualifications

To apply for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.
