Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries in Shrewsbury, an Ofsted Outstanding nursery, is seeking a Nursery Practitioner to support young children in a safe, stimulating environment and deliver EYFS-aligned activities. You will develop strong relationships with families and colleagues to ensure holistic care and education.

Ideal candidates hold Level 3+ in Early Years Education and have experience with under-5s, with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience with children under 5.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: prepare materials and arrange rooms to support learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: plan and deliver EYFS-aligned activities for development.
• Key Person Role: build strong family connections and monitor individual needs.
