Busy Bees Derby Oakwood in the East Midlands is seeking a passionate Early Years Educator. You will support children's development through the Bee Curious curriculum, create safe and stimulating spaces, and collaborate with families.

With Level 3 in Early Years Education and experience with under-5s, you will lead activities, support a strong key-person approach, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive nursery.

Qualifications

• Level 3 or higher in Early Years Education.
• Experience with children under 5.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: prepare materials and arrange rooms to support learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: plan and deliver EYFS-aligned activities to support development.
• Key Person Role: oversee individual children’s development and build strong family connections.
