Busy Bees Woking Noah’s Ark in Worplesdon is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join the team. The 64-place nursery sits in woodland with an onsite farm, Forest School, and opportunities to learn beyond the nursery room.

As part of the role you’ll plan engaging activities, support children's development, and build strong relationships with families in a collaborative setting around Worplesdon, Woking or Guildford.

About The Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you’ll play an important part in giving our children the best start in life.

You’ll create fun and engaging experiences that support children’s learning and development, build strong relationships with children and their families, and bring your own ideas and personality to the room.

With woodland, Forest School and an onsite farm on your doorstep, there are plenty of opportunities to take learning beyond the nursery room.

What we’re looking for

You’ll need a Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare and a genuine passion for working with children.

What To Expect As a Nursery Practitioner

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
• Skills: Good communication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
