Busy Bees Nurseries Ltd. is seeking an Early Years Educator in the UK. You will support children's cognitive, social, and emotional development within the Busy Bees framework, helping them feel safe and valued in a nurturing environment.

The role focuses on leading engaging activities, following the Bee Curious curriculum, and collaborating with families to support each child’s growth and happiness.

Formación

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Experience with children under 5 and genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities to plan and deliver activities.

Responsabilidades

• Create a safe, stimulating environment and prepare materials for activities.
• Lead educational activities aligned to the EYFS to support development.
• Act as Key Person to oversee each child’s development and family connections.

About our Nursery

Busy Bees Wigan Marylebone, rated "Good" by Ofsted, has a capacity of 76 children and is dedicated to providing an outstanding nursery experience. Our long-serving staff team consistently goes above and beyond for our children, ensuring a nurturing environment. The nursery features three spacious rooms designed for children aged 3 months to 5 years. Each room is thoughtfully arranged to encourage exploration and investigation, enabling children to develop the skills they need to grow into confident and happy individuals. Conveniently located on Walkden Avenue, we are just a short distance from Wigan Town Centre and two local colleges. There is also a direct bus route located just 50 yards from the nursery, making it easily accessible. Free parking is available for staff.

What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner:

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Key Person Role: Oversee children's development, care needs, and build strong family connections.

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
• Skills: Good communication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
