What You'll Be Doing

As an Early Years Educator, you'll play a key part in supporting the development and wellbeing of children — helping them learn, grow, and thrive every day.

Your role will include:

• Creating an engaging, safe, and nurturing environment for all children.
• Planning and delivering age-appropriate learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Acting as a Key Person, monitoring progress and maintaining strong partnerships with families.
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure every child feels supported and valued.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who's energetic, compassionate, and committed to early education.

Essential requirements:

• A Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with children aged 0-5.
• A sound understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.
• Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
