Permanent | Monday – Friday up to 40 hours per week - £13.01 p / h

Salary per annum: £27,060.80

Footsteps Stafford Nursery & Pre‑School is based in a large period property with an impressive outdoor garden; our nursery features an on‑site forest school including an outside classroom. This friendly and homely nursery provides quality childcare for children from birth to 5 years. Our staff provide both a stimulating environment, as well as excellent opportunities, for children to learn through a mix of adult‑led and child‑initiated activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver learning experiences and planned activities for a key group that provides outstanding opportunities for the children
• Work within a team to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the children
• Work in partnership with parents to ensure the outcomes for children are met
• Assess and report on children's progress to ensure continued development
• Be passionate, inspiring and work effectively within a team and have a hands‑on approach to your own professional learning and development
• To be fun, caring and friendly
• To promote a high‑quality learning environment

What we need from you?

• Passion and commitment for working in childcare
• Ability to work shifts between (phone number removed) pm Monday to Friday working between 25 – 40 hours per week
• Commitment to continual developmentHave sound Knowledge of EYFS
• NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, NVQ level 3, EY Educator
