Job summary

The Potters Bar Day Nursery & Pre-School, part of the Family First Group, is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a caring, supportive team in Potters Bar. The role offers flexible full-time or part-time hours (27–40 per week) with a 75% childcare discount and opportunities to grow within the group.

You’ll plan EYFS-aligned activities, build strong relationships with children and families, and contribute to a nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Level 3 childcare qualification required.
• Confident written and spoken English.
• Desirable: experience in an Early Years setting and knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding best practices.
