A leading Day Nursery in Newport is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional childcare and education for children aged 6 weeks to 8 years. The ideal candidate must have a level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education, a clear Enhanced DBS, and good organisational and communication skills. Training in First Aid and Safeguarding will be provided. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work in a friendly and supportive environment.

Job description

We are a high quality well established Day Nursery operating since 1992, catering for 34 children aged 6 weeks to 8 years.

We are open Monday to Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm.

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person that is passionate about delivering exceptional childcare and education.

You will be required to hold a level 3 or above in Childcare and Education and hold a clear Enhanced DBS. Further training for First Aid, Safeguarding etc will be provided.

You will need to have a good level of organisational skills and good communication skills with children and staff.
