Busy Bees is a leading UK nursery group committed to providing a high-quality early years education. We are seeking a Nursery Practitioner who will implement our Bee Curious curriculum and create engaging, safe learning spaces for children aged under five.

You will work closely with families and colleagues to support each child’s development in line with EYFS. Ideal candidates hold Level 3 EY qualification, have experience with under-5s, and possess strong communication and organisational

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience with children under 5 and genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Good communication, strong organisational skills, and ability to apply child development knowledge to plan and deliver activities.

• Create a safe, stimulating environment; prepare materials and arrange rooms to support children’s growth and learning.
• Lead educational activities; plan and deliver activities aligned with EYFS to support all areas of development.

What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner:

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
• Skills: Good communication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
