Responsibilities
  • Create a safe, stimulating learning environment
  • Lead and support activities that promote children's development in line with the EYFS framework
  • Act as a Key Person where required, supporting children's progress and building positive relationships with families
Qualifications
  • Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education
  • Proven experience working with children under 5 and a genuine passion for early childhood development
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to deliver development-focused activities
