Busy Bees Gloucester is seeking an Early Years Educator to help foster the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children. You will join a company committed to high-quality education and staff development within the Busy Bees Gloucester nursery.

Responsibilities include creating a safe learning environment, leading EYFS-aligned activities, and serving as a Key Person to support children's growth and family engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience in working with children under 5.
• Strong interest in early childhood education.

• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the EYFS.

What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner:

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
• Skills: Good communication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
