Job summary

Bright Horizons Basingstoke Copper Beeches Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to plan, create and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child, helping them reach key milestones in a safe, caring environment.

The role requires a Level 3 EY qualification, a passion for inclusive learning, EYFS safeguarding knowledge, and the ability to build strong partnerships with colleagues and parents.

Nursery – Bright Horizons Basingstoke Copper Beeches Day Nursery and Preschool Salary – starting from £28,073 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience) Location – Basingstoke

The nursery has stunning expansive gardens, dedicated children’s kitchen, 7 base rooms, large onsite parking, staff children attend and flexible shifts. The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
