Busy Bees Market Harborough is seeking an Early Years Educator to support children’s development in a warm, engaging setting.

You will plan and deliver learning activities, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and act as Key Person, building strong partnerships with families. We welcome both full-time and part-time applicants; part-time hours are 1pm-6pm (25 hours/week).

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.

You may have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.
