Role Overview

As an Early Years Educator, you will play a leading role in fostering the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children at Busy Bees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children’s development.

  • Act as Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
  • Track and report on children’s progress through observations and assessments.
What We’re Looking For
  • Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
  • Experience working with children under 5.
  • Empathy and understanding – recognising that each child is unique.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Previous experience as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse is ideal.
