Job summary

Little Elms Daycare is seeking a Nursery Practitioner L2/L3 to join our Beckenham Queens Road Nursery. Earn up to £32,000 per annum, with full-time hours (40 per week across 4 days). The role requires Level 2/3 in Early Years, strong EYFS knowledge, excellent communication, and a genuine passion for children.

• Be the key person for a designated group of children (where applicable).
• Maintain children's records and adhere to company policies.

You will be required to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK.We are currently for a skilled and experienced Nursery Practitioner to be based in our Beckenham Queens Road Nursery. The nursery offers state-of-the-art facilities, combining bright and spacious indoor rooms along with fabulous outdoor areas.
You can earn up to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, working Full time (40 hours per week) – 4 days a week.
To be considered for the Nursery Practitioner role you must have:

• Level 2/3 or above qualification in Early Years childcare


• Excellent knowledge & understanding of the EYFS & Statutory framework


• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)


• Ability to use your own initiative


• Your passion to be shown in your day-to-day interaction with children
