Job summary

Clearline Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Apprentice Nursery Practitioner in Seaford, East Sussex. This role offers Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship with full- or part-time hours, and you will gain hands-on experience while earning a nationally recognised Early Years qualification.

You will be supported by mentors, participate in hands-on training, and have opportunities for career progression within Early Years education.

• Support children with their daily routines, including mealtimes, playtime and sleep.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety procedures at all times.
• Support the wider nursery team with the day-to-day running of the setting.

Job Title: Apprentice Nursery Practitioner

Apprenticeship: Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship

Location: Seaford, East Sussex

Salary: £10.90 - £12.00 per hour

Hours: Full-time or part-time hours available

Apprenticeship Information

You will be enrolled on an appropriate Early Years Apprenticeship, working towards either a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification depending on your experience and circumstances.

Your apprenticeship will include:

• Regular workplace-based learning supported by your training provider and line manager
• Dedicated off-the-job training
• Development of the skills, knowledge and behaviours required for a career in Early Years
• Completion of the required assessments
• Functional Skills support in English or Maths where required

Prospects

Once you have successfully completed your apprenticeship, there will be the opportunity to potentially progress into a permanent qualified Nursery Practitioner position and continue developing your career within Early Years education.
