Salary: £85 - £110 per day

Contract: Full-time, ongoing, with potential for long-term placement

Are you a passionate and nurturing Early Years Practitioner looking for your next role? First for Education are seeking an enthusiastic practitioner to support a setting in Wolverhampton. This is a part-time role, perfect for someone who thrives in a creative, child‑centred environment and wants to make a positive impact on young learners at the very start of their education journey.

The role
  • Support children in Early Years with their learning and development
  • Plan and deliver play‑based activities in line with the EYFS framework
  • Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment for all pupils
  • Work closely with the class teacher and wider EYFS team
  • Observe and track pupil progress, contributing to learning journals
  • Provide care and support to meet children's physical, social and emotional needs
What we're looking for
  • A recognised Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent)
  • Experience working in an EYFS setting (Nursery or Reception class)
  • Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and safeguarding practices
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
