Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking qualified Level 2 and Level 3 Nursery Assistants to join our Plymouth supply pool, with flexible shifts across Plymouth and surrounding areas. You will support across diverse nursery settings, focusing on safe, engaging activities for children in the Early Years sector.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily routines, meal times, outdoor play, and maintaining clean environments while upholding health, safety and safeguarding standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent).
• Proven reliability and strong communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and proactive in fast-paced educational environments.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to complete a new application).
