Responsibilities

• Contribute to maintaining high standards of quality in practice, environment, and resources, meeting the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Plan and assess activities appropriately, maintaining accurate records for key children.
• Undertake the role of key person as per the policy.
• Prepare and supervise engaging activities for children.
• Supervise and support children at all times.
• Promote equality of access and opportunity for all children, parents, staff, and visitors.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children.
• Report safeguarding concerns to the Designated Officer.
• Maintain a positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues, and visitors.
• Develop and sustain professional relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers.
• Follow all health and safety policies, and contribute to cleanliness and safety throughout the nursery.
• Work collaboratively to uphold the company's values.
