Nursery Practitioner - Redbridge - January (or sooner)

Working Hours: 8am‑5pm or 9am‑5pm (Monday – Friday)

Unity Education is seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join a supportive and friendly Nursery in Redbridge, on a full‑time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join as the nursery is expanding and opportunities for progression will be available.

Key Responsibilities - Nursery Practitioner
  • Plan and deliver engaging learning activities, catering to the abilities of the students.
  • Create a safe, nurturing and positive environment.
  • Maintain smooth daily routines, encouraging positive play, and building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Deliver outstanding learning opportunities and exceptional care.
  • Be an effective key person.
  • Observe, assess, and record children’s progress in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.
Key Requirements - Nursery Practitioner
  • The successful Nursery practitioner will hold the relevant qualifications in Early Years.
  • Hold a Level 3 in Early Years (CACHE or Equivalent).
  • Prior experience working in a Nursery setting.
  • A genuine passion for early years education and child development.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
