Job summary

Willing Recruitment is hiring a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner (Droitwich). The role delivers high-quality care under EYFS, developing children's learning through planned activities in a purpose-built nursery.

You will work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, contributing to a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate holds a Level 3 EY qualification, has EYFS experience, and demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience working within an early years setting.
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Plan and provide engaging activities that promote learning, confidence and wellbeing.
  • Create a calm, nurturing environment where every child feels safe, secure and valued.
  • Encourage children to explore indoor and outdoor environments.
  • Observe, assess, and record children's progress to support learning journeys.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
  • Maintain safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery practices to high standards.
  • Work with the team to deliver outstanding early years education.

Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)

£28,000 per year | 40 Hours per Week

This purpose-built nursery has been thoughtfully created to provide high-quality childcare in a peaceful and nurturing environment. Bright, calming rooms are designed to support children's wellbeing while encouraging curiosity, creativity, and independent learning. With free-flow access to the outdoor learning environment, children can move seamlessly between indoor and outdoor play, enjoying enriching experiences that promote exploration and development throughout the day.

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you'll join a supportive team that's committed to providing exceptional care and helping every child build the confidence and skills they need to thrive.

What We're Looking For

Your Role

  • Work collaboratively with your team to deliver outstanding early years education.
