We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our supportive team.

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for the care, education, and development of children aged 0-5 years. You will work within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, delivering high‑quality learning experiences through purposeful play and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and supervise engaging, age‑appropriate activities (both indoor and outdoor) that support children’s holistic development.
  • Act as a key person for a group of children, building strong relationships with them and their families to ensure their individual needs are met.
  • Observe and monitor children’s progress, maintaining accurate records and sharing regular updates with parents/carers.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well‑being of all children in your care, following all safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures.
  • Support children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), working with other professionals where necessary.
  • Assist with day‑to‑day care routines, including meal times, nappy changing, and promoting good hygiene practices.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues and management.
