Requirements

• minimum of 6 months UK-based experience in a nursery or early years setting
• relevant childcare or early years qualification (Level 2 or 3 in Childcare or equivalent)
• sound understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
• strong safeguarding awareness and a child‑centred approach
• good communication and teamwork skills
