Join our friendly team at Kilnwood Vale as a Nursery Office Administrator and help keep everything running smoothly - this permanent, part-time role (24 hours a week) is perfect for someone organised and passionate about supporting early years education. In this role, you'll work closely with the school leadership and nursery team to manage all aspects of nursery administration – from coordinating admissions and maintaining accurate records to ensuring timely invoicing and funding claims. You'll play a key part in keeping our nursery running smoothly by managing databases, monitoring staff ratios, and liaising with parents to fill places efficiently. The role also involves handling Local Authority funding processes, completing census data, and keeping our nursery information up to date online.
