Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the school leadership and nursery team to manage all aspects of nursery administration.
  • Coordinate admissions and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and funding claims.
  • Manage databases, monitor staff ratios, and liaise with parents to fill places efficiently.
  • Handle Local Authority funding processes, complete census data, and keep nursery information up to date online.
Qualifications
  • Good general education including English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent.
  • Appropriate experience in administration (school/nursery setting desirable).
  • Advanced IT skills, including experience with MS Office applications.

Salary: GLF Associate 2 Point 1 £23,651 to Point 5 £23,937 (Actual Salary: £13,564.54 to £13,728.57 DOE)
Hours: Part‑time (24 hours per week), starting at 08:30 a.m. each day.
