Job summary

Little Inspirations Ltd in South Wales is seeking a Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse to join a small room team. You will provide day-to-day care and early learning, support a group of key children and build warm relationships with families.

The role is 30 hours per week over 5 days, with hours agreed to meet the nursery's needs. We offer structured training, apprenticeship routes and a clear progression path from Nursery Nurse to Room Leader.

Qualifications

• A Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (e.g. CACHE/NVQ Diploma in Early Years Education and Care), or equivalent.
• Passion for working with young children and supporting early development.
• Reliable, warm and initiative-taking team player.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) and eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day care and early learning for children in your room.
• Plan and deliver play-based activities in line with Curriculum for Wales.
• Support key children and build relationships with families.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety procedures and maintain records.
