A regional healthcare organization in Tees Valley is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to provide nurturing care for children aged 6 weeks to school age. You will ensure their well-being, adhere to compliance standards, and support their development. Candidates should possess relevant qualifications and experience in a childcare setting, alongside strong communication skills. This full-time role offers a salary ranging from £24,937 to £26,598 per annum and requires a Disclosure and Barring Service Check.

Enabling all children to develop to their full potential recognising the need for support and meeting the additional needs of the children
To ensure the health and well-being of the children in our care
To actively contribute to the monitoring and recording of children's progress and development and the sharing of information with other childcare professionals

To ensure compliance with child protection procedures
To adhere to Trust and nursery policies and procedures
To maintain the health & safety of the children in our care carrying out risk assessments as required
To take the lead in challenging and providing quality care and education
