Key Responsibilities
  • As Nursery Nurse you will be a Key person who is responsible for building relationships with small groups of children and their families.
  • You will provide high standards of quality within the Nursery including the environment, resources and experiences offered to children.
  • Observe, support and extend children's learning.
  • Plan appropriately for children using the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum for guidance.

Qualifications

Are you a nurturing enthusiastic childcare professional who is ready to make a difference in little lives? We're looking for a dedicated Nursery Nurse to join our warm and welcoming team at GOSH Staff Day Nursery. The nursery is in a quiet cul‑de‑sac on Long Yard, with numerous parks and outdoor provisions available for the children to visit daily.

Recruitment Process

The recruitment process for all admin and clerical roles at Bands 2-4 will be a two stage recruitment process whereby shortlisted candidates will undertake an online literacy, numeracy, ICT and typing test. Only those candidates who pass the competency test will proceed to a formal interview.
