A leading education recruitment provider is seeking an experienced Early Years Practitioner to join a well-established nursery in Birmingham. The role involves providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0 to 5 years, with responsibilities including planning engaging activities, supporting development, and ensuring compliance with safeguarding regulations. Applicants should hold a recognised Early Years Qualification and have previous experience in a UK Nursery environment.
Monarch Education is currently recruiting an experienced and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join a well-established Nursery in Quinton. This role offers 37.5 hours per week, on a varied shift pattern.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a UK Nursery environment and hold a recognised Early Years Qualification. Your responsibilities will include providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0 to 5 years, supporting their development through engaging and age-appropriate activities in a nurturing setting.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of early childhood development, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
