We are recruiting for a Nursery Practitioner to work in our Braintree setting, where you’ll play a key role in helping children learn, grow, and thrive in a safe and nurturing environment.

About the Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll be part of an incredible team dedicated to delivering outstanding childcare. You’ll work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to create a positive and stimulating learning experience for children.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the learning and development of children in line with the EYFS framework
• Planning, preparing, and carrying out a range of fun and educational activities
• Creating a safe, caring, and stimulating environment that promotes the physical, social, and emotional development of each child
• Building strong, professional relationships with parents and carers to support each child’s individual needs
• Maintaining accurate records of children’s progress and ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed
• Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting colleagues where needed

Requirements

• Essential: One of the following qualifications:
  • Level 2 Diploma for the Early Years Practitioner
  • Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Practitioner (Early Years Educator)
  • Level 3 Technical Certificate in Early Years Education
• Previous experience in an early years setting is desirable
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
• A team-player with ambition to progress in your career
