Kids Planet The Triangle is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead daily operations, deliver high-quality care and education in line with EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and our values. You will mentor the team, foster a positive, collaborative culture, build strong relationships with families and external agencies, and drive outstanding outcomes for children.

Qualifications

• Must be at least Level 3 UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
• Senior leadership experience within a nursery setting.
• GCSE Maths (or equivalent) required within 2 years of starting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day running of the nursery and ensure high-quality care and education.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the nursery team to maintain high standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with families and external agencies.
• Prepare for Ofsted inspections and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee safeguarding duties and ensure child welfare across the setting.
