Job summary

Busy Bees Leicester Meridian Park is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead the team and deliver high‑quality early years education in line with EYFS and Ofsted standards. You will manage budgets, occupancy, and staff development to ensure a safe, nurturing environment for children.

Qualifications

• Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, BTEC, CACHE, NVQ) required.
• Experience as Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

• Passion for early years education.
